My last dentist referred me to Dr. Winkler, telling me, “He's the only dentist I would go to.” I thought that was a pretty good endorsement. Once I got to McMillan and Winkler, I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They were very accommodating. Everything was clearly explained to me, including what needed to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. It was all on the table right from the beginning with no pressure. My dental disease was so advanced that I needed to have all my teeth extracted and replaced with dental implants. That was two years ago, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to go with Drs. McMillan and Winkler. The whole staff was on the same page, and they made me feel like I was their main concern. My comfort was always their highest priority, which was important considering the extensive treatment I needed. The results have just been extraordinary. My dental health was restored fully to what it was 20-30 yrs ago, and the procedures changed my whole facial expression. Running my own business keeps me pretty busy, so my teeth got neglected for years and were in pretty bad shape. I saw a couple of dentists and specialists but never found an office I was comfortable with until I heard Dr. Winkler on the radio. The staff at McMillan and Winkler was very friendly and they really worked as a team to make me comfortable and explain everything. I opted for sedation dentistry when they explained how they could get more work done during each appointment. With sedation dentistry, all my dentistry was done in just a couple of appointments - instead of the four or five it might have taken without sedation. And I was amazed that I had almost no pain after the appointments. Now I really like my smile and my mouth feels great. I can give a big hearty laugh now without being self-conscious about my teeth.
